Who we are

Today's recruiting is saturated: long processes, candidates without feedback, decisions too often made on gut feel or under calendar pressure. We've lived that reality from the inside.

Leeters was born to change it by combining artificial intelligence and human judgement. We don't automate for the sake of automating: we put technology at the service of the recruiter's craft.

The heart of the platform is SofIA, our own AI engine. Audited, traceable and explainable: no digital smoke. Every decision can be reviewed and justified to a candidate, a client or a regulator.

We offer two models depending on the client's reality: SaaS for teams with their own structure, and RPOaaS for partial or full selection outsourcing. Same technology, different service intensity.
